Accompanying people and companies in change processes - that is a recurring theme in my life. Be it as a management consultant, executive, project manager, change consultant or business coach.
I am committed with heart and mind to your change project, whether as a change consultant in your company or as a coach when it comes to a very personal, individual change project.
With more than 20 years of experience as a company/change consultant and executive, I know various industries and the challenges and problems that employees or managers often face: Questions of professional development, missing visions, unclear roles and tasks, conflicts within the team or with superiors, stress, etc.
This sound experience and my many years of coaching practice (since 1994) have sharpened my eye for solutions and ways of solving problems.

Training & Supervision
Lifelong learning and development are not buzzwords for me
As head of training at the Coaching Academy CIP, Munich (Centre for Integrative Psychotherapy), I have trained prospective coaches for 15 years. This commits me to a scientific and psychological foundation of the concepts.
As a psychodramatist, I appreciate playful learning, trying things out and creative action on stage in a group setting or in monodrama.
As a coach of many years' standing, I regularly train myself further, e.g. at the Centre for Coaching, London or at the European School for Management and Technology (ESMT, Berlin). Supervision is a matter of course.
As an author in the field of psychodrama and coaching, I love to do research and to describe theory and practice in an understandable way. In doing so I learn a lot myself again and again.
